A note from us

The stationery industry has spent a decade designing for one kind of wedding. Filigree borders. Eucalyptus garlands. Names set in Pinterest cursive. We make wedding stationery that actually knows your name — in both languages, with the right diacritics, and with a verse you chose, not one a template suggested.

Real typography, not AI letterforms

Names typeset with professionally drawn Arabic typefaces — Amiri, Aref Ruqaa, Reem Kufi. No AI-hallucinated calligraphy that falls apart at print resolution.

Verses with citation

Quran ayat sourced from Quran.com's open API. Surah and ayah number printed beside every verse, so anyone can verify the source.

Cultural, not costume

Four motif families drawn from real architectural and textile traditions. We don't mix Moroccan zellige with Mughal florals because Pinterest does.

Four motif families

The first house of stationery to design in your tradition.

Pick a starting motif and Mehr personalizes every piece around it — names, verses, dates, venue, family lines. Hover a card to see it straight.

We’re adding Persian Khatam,
Turkish Ottoman, and Andalusian
motif families post-launch.

Why Mehr exists

Two bad options.
One better one.

Most Muslim wedding stationery online today falls into two buckets. The big stationery brands — Minted, Zola, Joy — have no idea what a walima is and can’t render Arabic without breaking it. Etsy has the cultural literacy, but quality is wildly uneven and “calligraphy” sometimes means an English script font with extra curls.

Mehr is the third option. Purpose-built for bilingual Muslim weddings, designed to one consistent standard, priced like Etsy. We don’t aim to be the cheapest or the largest. We aim to be the one that makes sense for your wedding specifically.
